Turn Key

Turn Key is a conceptual senior thesis project exploring a new model for private vehicle trading. The platform integrates automated appraisal stations, where users can receive verified inspections and valuations, with a peer-to-peer mobile marketplace for trading vehicles. The project blends physical and digital touchpoints through branding, UI/UX design, environmental concepts, and prototyping, with the goal of reducing friction and uncertainty in the used car market.
